If you are starting from downtown Cincinnati, walk to the Government Square bus hub located at 1000 Main St, Cincinnati, OH 45202. From there, take the Metro bus #1 (Blue Line) towards the 'Northside' and get off at the 'Fountain Square' stop. After disembarking, walk south on Vine St towards 5th St, then turn left on 5th St. Continue walking until you reach the riverfront. The American Queen Paddle Wheel is located at 100 Joe Nuxhall Way, right along the Ohio River.

From the Cincinnati Museum Center at Union Terminal, exit the building and walk towards the north on Dalton Ave. Turn left onto Central Pkwy and continue until you reach the intersection with 5th St. Turn right onto 5th St, then walk straight until you reach the riverfront. The American Queen Paddle Wheel is located at 100 Joe Nuxhall Way, just along the river.
