Getting There

  • Car

    If you're driving from the Firelands area, head northeast on OH-113 towards OH-2 E. Merge onto I-90 E and continue for about 20 miles. Take exit 170B for I-271 S toward Columbus. Merge onto I-271 S and continue for approximately 15 miles. Take the exit for I-80 W toward Toledo. Merge onto I-80 W and continue for about 15 miles. Take exit 151 for OH-8 S toward Akron. Follow OH-8 S for about 10 miles, then take the exit for Brecksville Road/Ohio 82. Turn right onto OH-82 E, and after about 5 miles, you will reach the entrance of Cuyahoga Valley National Park. There are no tolls on this route.

  • Public Transportation

    To reach Cuyahoga Valley National Park using public transportation, first take a bus or rideshare service to the nearest train station, such as the Cleveland Amtrak Station. From there, board the Amtrak train heading to Akron. Once in Akron, transfer to the Summit County Transit bus service (Route 33) which will take you to the park entrance.
