    If you're driving from Put-in-Bay, take the ferry back to the mainland at Catawba Island. Once off the ferry, head east on Ohio Route 53. Continue on Route 53, then take the exit for US-6. Merge onto US-6 east and follow it until you reach Ohio Route 19. Turn left onto Route 19 and continue south until you reach US-30. Take US-30 east and then merge onto Ohio Route 4 south. Follow Route 4 until you reach US-23 south. Take US-23 south until you reach the exit for Larue-Prospect Rd W. Turn left onto Larue-Prospect Rd W, and Big Island Wildlife Area will be on your right at 5389 Larue-Prospect Rd W, New Bloomington, OH 43341.
