    From Mason, head to the nearest bus stop and take the Metro bus route 51 towards 'Cincinnati'. You will travel for about 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Fifth and Main' stop. From there, walk south on Main Street for about 10 minutes until you reach Mehring Way. Turn left onto Mehring Way and continue walking for approximately 5 minutes until you arrive at the Ohio River Trail.

  • Bike Rental

    If you're feeling more adventurous, consider renting a bike from a local rental shop in Mason. Once you have your bike, head south on Mason-Montgomery Road. Follow the signs towards the bike path that connects to the Little Miami Scenic Trail, which will take you towards Cincinnati. Continue on the trail until you reach the Ohio River Trail by Mehring Way. The total ride will take about 1 hour depending on your pace.

  • Walking

    If you're up for a walk, you can start from the Mason Community Center. Head south on Mason-Montgomery Road toward the intersection with Western Row Road. Cross over to the sidewalk on the right side and follow it down towards the city. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with U.S. Route 42. Cross at the pedestrian crosswalk and continue walking south until you reach the Ohio River Trail at W Mehring Way. This route is approximately 5 miles and will take about 1.5 hours.
