From Maumee Bay State Park, exit the park and turn left onto State Route 2. Continue on State Route 2 for approximately 5 miles. Take the exit toward I-75 South/Toledo. Merge onto I-75 South, then take exit 201A for Central Ave. Merge onto Central Ave, and continue for about 1.5 miles. Historic Woodlawn Cemetery will be on your right at 1502 Central Ave, Toledo, OH 43606. Look for the cemetery entrance marked by a sign.
