Take exit 201 for OH-25 N toward Perrysburg. Merge onto OH-25 N and continue for about 1.5 miles. Turn right onto E River Rd and follow this road for approximately 1 mile until you reach the entrance of Audubon Islands State Nature Preserve. There is no entrance fee for the preserve.
