From Talihina, head north on Highway 271 for approximately 15 miles. If departing from Wilburton, take Highway 271 south for about 12 miles. After reaching the intersection with Oklahoma State Highway 1, turn west onto Highway 1 and continue for roughly 8 miles. Watch for signs for Winding Stair Mountains; you will see the entrance to the park on your right. There are no tolls on this route.
