If you are traveling by car, start your journey from the city of Sur in Al Batinah South Governorate. Head northwest on Route 23 until you reach the junction where it meets Route 13. Take a left onto Route 13 and continue for approximately 15 kilometers. You will see signs for Hawqayn. Follow the signs and after about 5 kilometers, you will reach the small village of Hawqayn. From there, use a GPS navigation system or maps application to find the coordinates 23.546292, 57.341528, which is the location of Hoqain Waterfalls. The last part of your journey may require driving on unpaved roads, so ensure your vehicle is suitable for such conditions.

Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, take a bus that travels towards the city of Rustaq. Ensure the bus is heading to Hawqayn. Upon arrival in Hawqayn, you can either walk to the waterfalls (approximately 3 kilometers) or hire a local taxi. Make sure to negotiate the fare before starting the journey. The taxi ride will be the most convenient option, and it should cost around 5 to 10 Omani Rials depending on your negotiation skills. Confirm with the driver that they are familiar with Hoqain Waterfalls and can take you there directly.
