Disembark at the designated stop for the museum, which is clearly marked.

If you prefer to bike, start at the downtown area of Bend. Head south on Wall Street, which turns into 3rd Street. Continue on 3rd Street until you reach the intersection with US-97. Turn left onto US-97 South. Follow the bike lane for about 3 miles. The High Desert Museum will be on your right at 59800 US-97. There are bike racks available for parking your bicycle.

Walking to the High Desert Museum from downtown Bend is approximately a 1.5-hour trek. Start at the downtown area and head south on Wall Street until it turns into 3rd Street. Continue on 3rd Street until you reach US-97. Cross at a safe crossing point and follow the sidewalk along US-97 South for about 3 miles. The museum is located on your right at 59800 US-97.
