Public Bus
Start at the nearest public bus stop in Bend. You can catch the Bend Transit bus number 9, which heads towards the northern part of the city. Get off at the stop closest to the intersection of NW Cooley Rd and NW 27th St. From there, it is about a 1.5-mile walk to Riley Ranch Nature Reserve. Head north on NW Cooley Rd, and then take a left onto Glen Vista Rd. Continue straight until you reach the entrance of the reserve.
Bicycle
If you're renting a bike in Bend, start from downtown and head north on NW Wall St. Continue until you reach the intersection with NW 27th St, and then turn left. Follow NW 27th St north until it turns into NW Cooley Rd. From there, take a right onto Glen Vista Rd and continue for about 1.5 miles until you reach Riley Ranch Nature Reserve.
Walking
If you're starting from downtown Bend, you can walk to Riley Ranch Nature Reserve. Head northwest on NW Wall St, then turn left onto NW 14th St. Continue straight until you reach NW Cooley Rd, then turn right. Walk along NW Cooley Rd until you reach Glen Vista Rd. Turn left onto Glen Vista Rd and walk straight for about 1.5 miles until you find the entrance to the reserve.
