Car
From the Cascade Lakes Scenic Byway, head southeast on the byway. Continue on the scenic byway for approximately 16 miles. Look for signs directing you toward Proxy Falls. Turn onto Forest Road 500, which is a well-maintained gravel road. Continue on this road for about 2 miles until you reach the Proxy Falls trailhead parking area. Note that parking in this area may require a Northwest Forest Pass, which can be purchased at many outdoor recreation retailers or online for about $5.

From Sisters, you would need to arrange a private shuttle service or taxi to take you to the Cascade Lakes Scenic Byway and subsequently to the Proxy Falls trailhead.
