If you are traveling by car, start by heading to I-84 East from any location in the Cascade Mountains. Take exit 44 for Cascade Locks, and follow the signs to Cascade Locks. Once in Cascade Locks, turn onto the Historic Columbia River Highway (US-30). Continue on US-30 for approximately 3 miles until you reach the Wahclella Falls Trailhead parking area on your right. There is no fee for parking.
