If you are driving, start by heading south on US-97 from the Hood River area. Follow US-97 South for about 15 miles until you reach the exit for WA-14 towards Washougal. Merge onto WA-14 East and continue for approximately 8 miles. Take the exit toward Evergreen Hwy, and turn left onto Evergreen Hwy. After about 1 mile, you will see signs for Cape Horn Falls. There is a small parking area nearby where you can safely park your vehicle.

If you prefer public transportation, begin by taking the Columbia Area Transit (CAT) bus service from Hood River. Take the Route 2 bus towards The Dalles. You will need to transfer to a bus heading towards Washougal at the transfer point. Once you arrive in Washougal, you can use local taxi services or rideshare apps to reach Cape Horn Falls, which is about 5 miles from the bus stop. Make sure to check the bus schedules in advance as options may be limited.
