Turn left onto Cascade Avenue and follow it as it becomes Highway 35. Continue straight for about 15 miles. Look for signs for Trout Creek Ridge Road and turn left. Follow Trout Creek Ridge Road for about 2 miles until you reach Grateful Vineyard at 6650 Trout Creek Ridge Rd.

    Start at the Hood River Transit Center located downtown. Take the Columbia Area Transit (CAT) bus route towards Mount Hood.
