Walking
From the center of Hood River, head south on Oak St toward 2nd St. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with 2nd St, then turn left onto 2nd St. Follow 2nd St as it curves to the right and becomes State St. Continue on State St until you reach the intersection with Portage Rd. Turn right onto Portage Rd, and continue for about 1 mile. Marine Park Pavilion will be on your right at 395 SW Portage Rd, Cascade Locks, OR 97014.

From the Hood River town center, take the Columbia Area Transit bus (Route 2) towards Cascade Locks. Board the bus at the nearest bus stop, and stay on until you reach the 'Cascade Locks' stop. Once you get off the bus, walk southwest on E. 1st St until you reach the intersection with Portage Rd, then turn left. Marine Park Pavilion will be located on your right side at 395 SW Portage Rd, Cascade Locks, OR 97014.
