Car
If you're driving to Cascade Locks from Portland, take I-84 E (the Columbia River Gorge Interstate). Follow I-84 E for about 40 miles, passing through scenic views along the Columbia River. If you are coming from Hood River, take OR-35 N to I-84 W. Merge onto I-84 W and continue for about 15 miles. Take exit 44 towards Cascade Locks and follow the signs to Cascade Ave. This will bring you into the heart of Cascade Locks where you can find parking.
