Start at the Hood River Waterfront Park. Head east on Oak Street towards the Hood River Bridge. After about 0.5 miles, turn left onto State Route 35. Continue walking along the route for approximately 1.5 miles. You will see signs for Cascade Locks. Once you reach the Cascade Locks area, follow the signs to Upper Oneonta Falls. The falls are located within the scenic areas near the Columbia River Gorge, and you may have to walk a short distance from the main road to reach them.
