If you're driving from Hood River, OR, head west on I-84 W for about 12 miles. Take exit 44 toward Cascade Locks. Merge onto Cascade Locks Highway and continue straight for about 1 mile. Turn right onto NE 4th Street, and you'll find Upper Oneonta Falls on your right. There is parking available nearby.

To reach Upper Oneonta Falls via public transportation, take the Columbia Gorge Express bus from Portland to Hood River. From Hood River, transfer to the local bus service that heads towards Cascade Locks. Get off at the Cascade Locks stop, and walk about 0.5 miles east on Cascade Locks Highway. Keep an eye out for NE 4th Street where you'll turn right, and Upper Oneonta Falls will be on your right.
