Getting There

• Walking

  If you are in downtown Hood River, head towards Cascade Avenue. Depending on your starting point, head east along Oak Street until you reach the intersection with Cascade Avenue. Once you reach Cascade Avenue, turn left (north) and walk for about 3 blocks. The Visit Hood River center will be on your right at 202 Cascade Ave STE B. You should look for the building with a clear sign indicating 'Visit Hood River'.

• Bicycle

  If you are renting a bicycle, start from the waterfront park area. Head north on the waterfront path until you reach the intersection with 2nd Street. Turn left onto 2nd Street and continue until you reach Cascade Avenue. At Cascade Avenue, turn right and ride for about 5 blocks. Visit Hood River will be on your left at 202 Cascade Ave STE B. Look for the signage indicating the tourist information center.

• Public Transport (Bus)

  Check the local bus schedule for the Columbia Area Transit (CAT) service. If you are near the local bus stop, take the bus that heads towards downtown Hood River. The closest stop to Visit Hood River is on Cascade Avenue. Once you get off, walk a short distance north along Cascade Avenue for about 2 blocks. You will find Visit Hood River at 202 Cascade Ave STE B. Make sure to check the bus schedule in advance as service times may vary.
