If you are driving from the city center of Klamath Falls, head north on S 6th St toward E Main St. Continue onto OR-140 W for about 4.5 miles. Turn right onto Rocky Point Rd and follow this road for approximately 13 miles. The Upper Klamath National Wildlife Refuge will be on your left at 26661 Rocky Point Rd, Klamath Falls, OR 97601. There is no entrance fee to access the refuge.

Currently, there may not be direct public transportation routes to Upper Klamath National Wildlife Refuge. However, you can take a Greyhound bus to Klamath Falls.
