If you're driving from The Dalles, take I-84 W and exit at Exit 87 towards Mosier. Follow the signs to Historic Columbia River Highway. Continue on the Historic Columbia River Highway for about 5 miles until you reach Rowena Crest Viewpoint, which will be on your right. There is free parking available at the viewpoint.

From Hood River, head west on I-84 W and take Exit 87 towards Mosier. Merge onto Historic Columbia River Highway and follow it for approximately 5 miles, where you'll find Rowena Crest Viewpoint on your right. Parking is available free of charge.
