If you are traveling by car, head east on I-84 E from La Grande or Union. Continue on I-84 E for approximately 60 miles. Take exit 374 for OR-86 toward Huntington. After exiting, turn left onto OR-86 N and follow the signs for Huntington. Once in Huntington, turn left onto Old Highway 30. Farewell Bend State Recreation Area will be on your left at 23751 Old Hwy 30, Huntington, OR 97907. Please note that there may be a day-use fee for parking, so be prepared to pay if necessary.
