Walking
If you are in the center of Gilgit city, start at the main market area. Head northwest towards Kargil Road. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with River View Road. Turn left onto River View Road and continue walking for approximately 1 kilometer. You will see GDA Family Park on your right side, just before the Chinar Bagh area.
Rickshaw
If you prefer to take a rickshaw, find one near the main market in Gilgit. Inform the driver that you want to go to GDA Family Park, located near River View Road. The ride should take around 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic. The rickshaw will drop you off right at the entrance of the park, located in Chinar Bagh.
Bicycle
For those who enjoy cycling, you can rent a bicycle from a local shop in Gilgit. Start from the main market area and cycle northwest towards Kargil Road. After about 500 meters, make a left onto River View Road. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer, and you will find GDA Family Park on your right side, just before reaching Chinar Bagh.
