Getting There

    Start from the center of Gilgit city, near the Ghizer River. Head west towards the Karakoram Highway. Continue along the main road, following the signs toward Nagar. This will take you past local shops and eateries. After about 30 minutes of walking, you will reach the intersection with the Karakoram Highway. Cross the road carefully and continue straight in the direction of Nagar. The Old Silk Route Park is located approximately 4 kilometers along the highway on your right. Look for signs indicating the park entrance.
