If you're starting your journey from Skardu, head towards Kharmang Valley. Drive on the Skardu-Kharmang Road for approximately 30 kilometers until you reach the village of Shirting. From Skardu, take a shared jeep or bus to Kharmang Valley. The journey will take about 1 to 1.5 hours. Upon reaching Kharmang, you can hire a local taxi or continue by foot towards Shirting village.
