If you are driving from Leh, take the Leh-Kargil-Srinagar Highway (NH 1D) towards Kargil. After about 80 km, take a left turn towards Nubra Valley at the Khardung La Pass. Continue towards Diskit and then Turtuk. Yabgo Palace is located in Turtuk, which is around 10 km from Diskit. Follow the road signs and GPS directions until you reach the coordinates RRWF+9C4. Parking is available near the palace.
