Walking
From Skardu city center, head south towards the main Skardu-Kachura road. Walk along the road for about 10-15 minutes until you reach the fork in the road. Take the left fork towards Kachura Lake. Continue walking for approximately 30 minutes along this scenic route. You'll pass several local shops and eateries. Keep an eye out for signs pointing towards Shangrila Park. As you get closer to Kachura Lake, you will see the entrance to Shangrila Park on your left.

Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Skardu. Start your journey heading south towards the Skardu-Kachura road. Follow the road, taking the left fork towards Kachura Lake. The ride is approximately 5 km and should take around 20-30 minutes. Enjoy the beautiful mountain scenery along the way. Once you reach Kachura Lake, look for signs directing you to Shangrila Park, which will be on your left.

Find a local rickshaw or taxi in Skardu city center and inform the driver that you want to go to Shangrila Park in Kachura. The ride will take approximately 20-25 minutes. The driver will take you along the Skardu-Kachura road, and after reaching Kachura Lake, they will drop you off at the entrance of Shangrila Park. Ensure you agree on the fare before starting your journey.
