From the center of Boquete, head east on Avenida Principal. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Calle 5ta. Turn left onto Calle 5ta and continue walking until you reach the intersection with Avenida 11 de Abril. Turn right onto Avenida 11 de Abril and follow it as it curves. Continue for about 1 km until you see a sign for Boquete Tree Trek Mountain Resort on your left. Follow the path indicated by the sign to reach the resort.

Start at the main bus station in Boquete, located near the central park. Look for a bus heading towards 'Los Naranjos' or 'Palo Alto'. The bus ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes. Ask the driver to drop you off at the nearest stop to Boquete Tree Trek Mountain Resort. Once you get off, walk back a short distance to the sign for the resort and follow the path indicated.
