From the center of Boquete, start at the main square (Parque de las Madres). Head north on Avenida B towards the intersection with Calle 1. Turn left on Calle 1 and walk until you reach the end of the street. Continue straight onto the dirt road that leads to the entrance of The Lost Waterfalls. Follow the signs along the trail that leads to the waterfalls. This walk is approximately 5 kilometers (about 1.5 hours) and provides beautiful views along the way.
