Public Bus
Start at the main bus terminal in Colón. Take a bus headed to Panama City. Ensure the bus displays a sign indicating it goes to Albrook Terminal, which is a major transport hub. The journey will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours depending on traffic. Once you arrive at Albrook Terminal, exit the bus and look for signs directing you to the Metro station.

At Albrook Terminal, purchase a Metro card at the ticket counter or vending machines. Take Line 1 (the red line) towards 'Los Andes 2'. Ride the Metro for about 10 stops until you reach the '5 de Mayo' station. Exit the train and follow the signs to the street level.

Once you exit the '5 de Mayo' station, you will be on Avenida Balboa. Head towards the direction of the Cinta Costera (Coastal Beltway). Walk along Avenida Balboa until you reach the intersection with Calle 3. Turn right onto Calle 3 and continue walking until you reach the entrance to Cerro Ancon Reserve, which is located at a notable intersection near the main entrance. The walk will take approximately 15 minutes.
