Walking
From the Colón bus terminal (Terminal de Transporte de Colón), exit and head southwest on Avenida Bolívar for about 1.5 kilometers. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Calle 10. Turn right onto Calle 10 and walk for about 500 meters until you reach the next intersection. Turn left onto Calle 6 and continue straight for another 700 meters. You will soon see signs pointing towards Comunidad Embera Tusipono on your right.

From the Colón city center, walk to the nearest bus stop on Avenida Bolívar. Take a bus heading towards the Gatun Locks or to Sabanitas. Inform the driver that you need to get off near Comunidad Embera Tusipono (the driver will likely know this stop). Once you arrive, walk in the direction indicated by any nearby signs to find the entrance, which should be approximately a 10-minute walk from the bus stop.
