Public Bus
From the center of Colón, head to the main bus terminal located at Avenida Bolivar. Look for a bus marked for Gamboa or Soberania National Park. The fare is usually around $1.50. Once you board, let the driver know you're going to the Gamboa Sloth Sanctuary. The journey takes approximately 45 minutes. You will be dropped off along Goethals Blvd, and from there, it's a short walk to the sanctuary entrance.
Taxi
If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from anywhere in Colón. Make sure to agree on a fare before starting your trip, as taxis do not use meters. The ride to the Gamboa Sloth Sanctuary will take about 30 minutes and should cost around $20-$25. Simply tell the driver to take you to 'Gamboa Sloth Sanctuary' on Goethals Blvd.

Start from the city center and head towards the main road leading out of Colón. Follow the signs to Gamboa, which is roughly 12 kilometers away.
