Walking
From the Colón Central Market, head east along Calle 10. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Avenida Bolívar. Turn left onto Avenida Bolívar and walk for about 10 minutes until you reach the Plaza de la Independencia. From the plaza, take the main road (Cinta Costera) and walk south for approximately 20 minutes. You will see Panama Sign #2 located at XF89+RCV on the Cinta Costera. It's a popular spot for photographs.

Start at the Colón Bus Station and take a bus heading towards Panama City. The fare is around $3. Inform the driver that you want to get off at the Cinta Costera. Once you arrive, disembark and walk towards the waterfront. Panama Sign #2 is located at XF89+RCV along the Cinta Costera, which is about a 5-minute walk from where the bus drops you off.
