From the center of David, head to the main bus terminal located at Avenida 1ra. Look for buses headed to Boquete or Los Naranjos. The fare is approximately $1.50 and the journey takes about 30-45 minutes. Ask the bus driver to drop you off at the Los Naranjos stop.

Once you arrive at the Los Naranjos stop, you will need to walk to The Lost Waterfalls. Head east on the main road until you see a sign for 'Las Tres Cascadas' on your right. Follow the dirt path that leads into the forest. The entrance to the waterfalls is about a 30-minute walk from the bus stop. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes and bring water.
