If you are driving, start from the main square in El Valle de Anton. Head southeast on Avenida Principal towards the intersection with Calle A. Continue straight onto Unnamed Road, which is well-marked. Drive for about 3 kilometers until you reach the entrance to Chorro Macho, which is a small parking area on your right. The drive will take approximately 10 minutes. Note that the road can be bumpy, so drive carefully.

To reach Chorro Macho via public transport, head to the main bus stop in El Valle de Anton. Look for a bus that goes towards Anton Valley or specifically to Chorro Macho. Once you get off at the closest stop to Chorro Macho, you may need to walk about 1 kilometer to reach the entrance. Follow the road signs towards Chorro Macho. The bus fare is typically around $0.50.
