If you are driving, start from the center of El Valle de Anton. Head northeast on Avenida Principal towards Calle La Paz. Continue straight for about 1 km. At the roundabout, take the second exit and continue on the main road. After approximately 2 km, look for signs directing you to El Nispero Zoo. The entrance to the zoo will be on your right at the coordinates JV6F+PP8 in Anton Valley, Coclé Province. There is usually no parking fee, but check for any updates upon arrival.

To reach El Nispero Zoo using public transportation, find a local bus headed towards El Nispero or a shared taxi (known as 'colectivo'). These generally leave from the central bus terminal in El Valle de Anton. The fare is typically around $1-2. The bus will drop you off near the entrance of the zoo. From there, it’s just a short walk to the entrance at JV6F+PP8. Confirm with the driver that they stop at the zoo to avoid any confusion.
