If you're driving from the center of El Valle de Anton, head southeast on Avenida Principal towards Calle El Hato. Continue on Avenida Principal for about 1.5 kilometers (0.9 miles). Turn left onto Calle El Hato and drive for approximately 1 kilometer (0.6 miles). You will see a sign for Square Trees Nature Trail (Arboles Cuadrados) on your right. The entrance is behind the Hotel Campestre, located at the white cabin with the frogs, near the swimming pool.

Public Transportation
To reach Square Trees Nature Trail using public transport, take a local bus from the main bus terminal in El Valle de Anton heading towards El Hato. The fare is usually around $1.00. Inform the driver before you board that you want to stop at the Hotel Campestre. After approximately 20 minutes, you'll arrive at the Hotel Campestre.
