Car
From Gamboa, head northwest on Gamboa Road (also known as the Gamboa Bridge) towards the Pan-American Highway (CA-1). Continue straight for about 6 km until you reach the junction with CA-1. Turn left onto CA-1 (Pan-American Highway). After approximately 10 km, you will see signs indicating the entrance to Parque Nacional Soberanía. Turn right onto the road leading to the park entrance. There may be a small fee for parking, typically around $5.00.

Public Transportation
Catch a bus from Gamboa to the Albrook Bus Terminal in Panama City. The buses run frequently and the fare is approximately $1.50. Once at Albrook, transfer to a bus heading towards Las Cumbres. Inform the driver you are going to Parque Nacional Soberanía. The fare for this leg should be around $0.75. After about 30 minutes, ask to be dropped off at the nearest stop to the park entrance. From there, it is a short walk to the entrance, and expect to pay a small entrance fee of around $3.00.
