If you are driving, start from the town of David, which is the nearest major city. Head northeast on the Pan-American Highway (Route 1) towards Santiago. After about 30 minutes, take the exit towards Route 10, which leads to the Ngäbe-Buglé Comarca. Continue on Route 10 for approximately 1.5 hours. You will pass through the towns of La Concepción and San Félix. Follow the signs towards Burí. Once you reach Burí, look for local signs directing you to Picos de Chiriqui. The road to the peak might be unpaved, so a 4x4 vehicle is recommended.

Public Transportation
To reach Picos de Chiriqui using public transportation, take a bus from the Terminal de Transportes in David heading to La Concepción. From La Concepción, catch a local bus to Burí. Once in Burí, you can ask locals for directions to Picos de Chiriqui, as it may not be marked. Be prepared for a short hike to reach the peak from the nearest drop-off point. The bus fare from David to La Concepción is approximately $2, and from La Concepción to Burí, it will be around $1.
