From your location in Panama City, head to the nearest Metro station. Board the Metro Line 1 (Red Line) in the direction of 'Los Andes.' Stay on the train for approximately 6 stops until you reach the '5 de Mayo' station. Exit the station and head towards the exit that leads to Avenida Central.
