If you are starting from the Panama Metro Station 'Cinta Costera', exit the station and head towards the main road, Avenida Balboa. Walk along Avenida Balboa in the direction of the ocean for about 10-15 minutes until you see the bridge that crosses to the Casco Viejo area. Cross the bridge and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Avenida Central. Turn left on Avenida Central and walk until you reach Calle 2a Oeste. Turn right on Calle 2a Oeste and walk a short distance until you arrive at France Square, which is located at C. 2a Oeste 85-81.

If you are near the Albrook Bus Terminal, take a bus heading towards 'Casco Viejo'. Once you arrive at the Casco Viejo area, get off at the stop closest to Plaza de la Independencia. From there, walk straight down Avenida Central, and turn right on Calle 2a Oeste. Continue walking until you reach France Square located at C. 2a Oeste 85-81.
