From the center of Portobelo, locate the main road (Carretera Transístmica) and head towards Colón. Look for the bus stop near the local market. Take any bus heading towards Colón. The journey will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Inform the bus driver that you are going to Agua Clara Locks Visitor Center to ensure they let you off at the correct stop. Once you get off the bus, follow the signs towards the visitor center which is about a 5-minute walk from the bus stop.
