From the center of Veraguas, head southwest on the Pan-American Highway (Carretera Interamericana) towards Santiago. Continue for about 40 kilometers until you reach the turnoff for Chitra. Turn right onto the road leading to Chitra and follow the signs. After approximately 10 kilometers, you will arrive at La Silampa, located at F37H+PMM, Chitra, Provincia de Veraguas. There is no entrance fee, but be prepared for possible parking fees if applicable.

Begin at the main bus terminal in Veraguas. Look for buses heading towards Santiago. Once on the bus, advise the driver that you want to get off at Chitra. The bus ride is about 1 hour and typically costs around $1-2. Upon arriving in Chitra, you can either walk or take a local taxi to La Silampa, which is about 10 kilometers away. Expect taxi fares to be around $5-10. Make sure to confirm the fare with the driver before starting your trip.
