Car
If you're driving from Panama City, take the Pan-American Highway (Interamericana) towards the west. After approximately 30 kilometers, take the exit towards the road leading to La Chorrera. Continue on this road until you reach the town of Chame. From Chame, follow the signs towards Coronado, and then take the road towards El Valle de Anton. After passing through El Valle, follow the signs to the ferry terminal at the town of San Carlos. From there, take a ferry to Saboga Island. Suecas Beach is a short drive from the ferry dock on Saboga. Be aware that the ferry ride can cost around $10-$15 per person one way, and the schedule may vary, so check in advance.
Public Transportation
To reach Suecas Beach using public transportation, first take a bus from Panama City to Chame. Buses leave from the Albrook Bus Terminal and typically cost around $3-$5. Once in Chame, you can transfer to a local bus heading to San Carlos. After arriving in San Carlos, you will need to take a taxi or a local shuttle to the ferry terminal. The taxi ride will cost approximately $10. From San Carlos, take the ferry to Saboga Island, which costs about $10-$15 per person. Once you arrive on Saboga, you can hire a local taxi or rent a scooter to reach Suecas Beach, which is only a short distance from the ferry dock.
