Walking
Start from the Alotau Market, which is at the center of the town. Head southeast on the main road (Kokoda Highway) towards the waterfront. Continue along the waterfront until you reach the junction where the road splits. Take the left fork onto Unnamed Road. Follow the road uphill for about 1 kilometer. As you walk, enjoy the local scenery and be cautious of traffic. The Dalai Heights Lookout Point will be along this road, and you can look for the sign that indicates the lookout point. It's a short hike from the main road to the actual viewpoint.
