    From the Mount Hagen city center, head southwest on the main road (Kuk Drive) towards the airport. Continue walking for about 3 kilometers until you reach the roundabout near the airport. Take the second exit onto Ramu Highway. Walk for approximately 2 kilometers until you see a sign for Kumdii Cultural Centre on your left. Follow the road leading into the Rugi area, and after about 1 kilometer, you will reach the Kumdii (Rugli) Cultural Centre.
