Car
If you are traveling by car and already within Ybycuí National Park, start by navigating to the main park entrance. From there, head southeast on the main park road. Continue for approximately 8 km until you reach a fork in the road. Keep left at the fork, following the signs pointing towards Salto Minas. After another 3 km, you will see a small parking area on your right. Park your car here and follow the well-marked trail which leads directly to Salto Minas, a short 15-minute walk through the beautiful natural surroundings.

Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, first take a bus from Asunción to Ybycuí. Buses operate regularly throughout the day and the journey takes about 3 hours. Upon arrival in Ybycuí, you can take a taxi or a moto-taxi to the entrance of Ybycuí National Park, which should cost around 20,000 to 30,000 PYG (Paraguayan Guaraní). Once at the park entrance, follow the same directions as with the car: head southeast on the main park road, keep left at the fork after 8 km, and then park at the designated area before hiking to Salto Minas.
