Continue on Route 62 until you reach the intersection with Route 66 South. Follow Route 66 South for approximately 15 miles until you reach the intersection with Route 30 East. Take Route 30 East, and after about 2 miles, look for signs indicating the entrance to the Abandoned PA Turnpike. The GPS coordinates for the entrance are approximately 40.0182° N, 78.2043° W. There is no parking fee, but be sure to park safely off the road.
