If you are driving from Wilkes-Barre, take Interstate 81 South. Merge onto I-476 North toward Scranton. Take the exit for PA-115 North toward Mountain Top. Follow PA-115 North for about 5 miles. Turn right onto Bear Creek Boulevard. Continue for about 1 mile, and you will find Seven Tubs Recreation Area on your left at 900 Bear Creek Blvd, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18702. There is no parking fee at the recreation area.

If you are using public transportation, take the Luzerne County Transportation Authority bus (Route 5) from downtown Wilkes-Barre toward the Wilkes-Barre Township Commons. Disembark at the nearest stop along Bear Creek Boulevard. From there, it's about a half-mile walk to Seven Tubs Recreation Area at 900 Bear Creek Blvd, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18702.
