Getting There

Walking
If you are starting from the center of Scranton, head south on Lackawanna Avenue toward Wyoming Avenue. Continue straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Adams Avenue. Turn right onto Adams Avenue and follow it for approximately 1 mile. You will then come to the intersection with Pittston Avenue. Continue straight as Adams Avenue becomes Pittston Avenue. After about 0.8 miles, take a left onto the access road leading to McDade Park. The entrance to the park will be on your right.

Public Transit (Bus)
From the Scranton Bus Station, take the Martz Trailways bus towards Wilkes-Barre. Get off at the stop on Pittston Avenue near the intersection with Adams Avenue. From there, walk down Pittston Avenue for about 0.5 miles until you see the access road to McDade Park on your left. The park entrance will be just a short walk down the access road.
